Moana Connect was created to provide support that feels different; support that is grounded in culture, built on trust, and centred around people and families.
We believe that everyone deserves to feel supported, understood, and connected, whether they are navigating the NDIS, leaving hospital, or simply needing guidance.

Moana Connect was built from lived experience, not just business.
As parents of children on the NDIS, we’ve walked this journey ourselves. We’ve experienced the challenges, the confusion, and the gaps in support especially within Polynesian families navigating systems that often feel overwhelming and disconnected from culture.
We saw families struggling to access the right supports. We saw people being taken advantage of. We saw a system that, at times, felt more focused on process than people.
And we knew something had to change.
Moana Connect was created to do things differently; to step in for the right reasons, to genuinely care, and to walk alongside individuals and families with honesty, respect, and real support.
We don’t just provide services.
We build relationships, advocate when it matters, and make sure people feel heard, supported, and connected every step of the way.

We are grounded in Polynesian values of family, respect, and connection.
Culture isn’t something we add in — it’s at the centre of how we support, communicate, and care.
We believe support should go beyond services.
Our focus is on building real connections, strengthening families, and helping people feel part of their community.
We do what we say and show up when it matters.
Families trust us during some of their most vulnerable moments, and we take that responsibility seriously.
We genuinely care about the people we support.
This isn’t just a service — it’s about making sure individuals and families feel heard, respected, and supported.
We stand up for what’s right.
Whether it’s navigating the NDIS or dealing with challenges in the system, we advocate for individuals and families to make sure they get the support they deserve.
Every situation is different.
We adapt our supports to meet people where they are, not the other way around.
We support individuals and families from all backgrounds.
While our services are grounded in Polynesian culture, we proudly support people across all communities, providing inclusive, respectful, and culturally safe care.
We work with:
• NDIS participants (self and plan managed)
• Individuals and families needing community support
• People transitioning from hospital to home
• Families who are feeling overwhelmed and need guidance
We’ve lived this.
As mothers of children on the NDIS, we understand the system from both sides; not just professionally, but personally.
We know how overwhelming it can feel, how easy it is to get lost, and how important it is to have someone who genuinely cares.
That’s why we:
• Take the time to understand each family
• Step in when support is needed most
• Advocate when it matters
• Build real relationships, not just provide services
Whether you’re looking for support, guidance, or just want to learn more — we’re here to help.
